The Wuhan Wei Lai Zhong Xin is located in the western suburbs of Wuhan City, Caidian District, Hubei Province. The project site is bordered by Shenlong Avenue to the north, Dunyang Avenue to the south, Oriental Avenue to the west, and Checheng Avenue to the east.
本次规划设计区域为武汉未来中心E地块永久展示区,作为区域的首开之所,迎新之处。结合其前场的区域位置优势,集博物馆、展览馆、规划馆、招商馆、销售馆众多功能于一体。打造具有良好观赏效果的展示空间,将构筑武汉最美展厅、招商最美展厅作为设计目标。从建筑外观出发,辅之灯光表现提升项目观赏性,增加项目话题性,推动区域商业活力有着重大意义。
The planning and design area for this project is the permanent exhibition area of Block E in the Wuhan Wei Lai Zhong Xin, which is the first and welcoming area of the region. Taking advantage of its advantageous location in the front of the area, it integrates many functions such as museums, exhibition halls, planning halls, investment promotion halls, and sales halls. It aims to create a display space with excellent viewing effects, and to build the most beautiful exhibition halls in Wuhan as well as in China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings. Starting from the building's appearance, the lighting design enhances the project's visual appeal and increases its topicality, which is of great significance to promoting the commercial vitality of the region.
建筑与灯光融合&强调光艺术的“未来展厅
武汉未来中心E地块永久展示区,北向城市界面,南连F地块。从观赏视角上集中街道视角、行人视角,建筑的四个立面都有比较好的效果展示界面和观赏尺度。照明设计一方面尽所能的将建筑韵味在夜景表现出来的同时;另一方面运用光影交织与色彩元素的配合,脱胎于建筑构筑的形式,演绎出独特的夜景画面。在同一地点,不同时间表现出各具特色的展示效果。
The permanent exhibition area of Block E in the Wuhan Wei Lai Zhong Xin faces the city interface to the north and is connected to Block F to the south. From a viewing perspective that includes street and pedestrian views, all four sides of the building have good display interfaces and viewing scales. The lighting design not only showcases the architectural charm in the nighttime but also uses the combination of light and shadow and color elements to derive a unique nighttime view that follows the building's form. At the same location, different display effects can be presented at different times.
入口艺术雕塑及星空顶
为了打造独具特色的夜景效果,对项目建筑的本体的结构提升之余,也在入口处将灯光与艺术雕塑装置相结合。在满足基础照度的前提下,将色彩,点线,虚实等元素糅杂为一体。缥缈梦幻的灯光装置和群星闪烁的天花吊顶与周边建筑的大面铝板,玻璃灯材质,形成鲜明对比,构筑极具未来感的视觉画面。
In order to create a unique and distinctive nighttime effect, the structure of the project's building has been enhanced, and at the entrance, the lighting has been combined with artistic sculpture installations. While meeting the basic illumination requirements, elements such as color, dots and lines, and solid and void are mixed together. The ethereal and dreamy lighting installations, starry ceiling, and large aluminum panels and glass materials of surrounding buildings create a sharp contrast and build a highly futuristic visual image.
经过多次的效果讨论之后才最终确定了光纤装置的运用。从装置的落地性和整体项目的成本把控上,LED屏幕到光纤装置的过程也是设计对项目定位,效果呈现思考的一个过程。抛去了原本的LED显示的方案,在灯光的效果呈现上更具新意的用了光纤旋转的这样一个方案。通过光纤丰富的色彩承载性和通透纤细的外观与几何造型的建筑形成对比。
After multiple rounds of discussion, the use of fiber optic installations was finally confirmed. From the perspective of the practicality of the installation and the overall cost control of the project, the process from LED screens to fiber optic installations is also a process of considering the project positioning and effect presentation. The original plan of LED displays was abandoned, and a more innovative solution using rotating fiber optic cables was used to present the lighting effects. The rich color-carrying capacity and transparent and delicate appearance of fiber optics contrast with the geometric shapes of the building.
敲定了光纤展示效果的同时,迎合后期效果的表达,设计上以星河为意向发散泛光效果与手法。以顶部圆盘的结构为基础,配合灯带打造旋转光影的态势,并且在天花吊顶部分,配合原先基础下照的筒灯点位,疏密有序的布置点光源,从外侧到圆盘中心,由疏到密,由少至多,将进出行人的目光汇一处。
怎样突显出项目的未来感属性,是对照明设计的一大考验,在设计初期的探究与讨论中,照明设计希望从建筑的材质表现着手,同时大面积的运用线性的视觉元素来表现画面。
After finalizing the use of the fiber optic display, to cater to the expression of later effects, the design took the Milky Way as the intention to create a diffuse and radiating light effect. Based on the top disc structure, the design used light strips to create a rotating light and shadow effect. In the ceiling part, point light sources were arranged in a sparse to dense and from few to many manner, in coordination with the original downlights, bringing the gaze of pedestrians entering and exiting to one place.
Highlighting the futuristic attribute of the project is a major challenge for lighting design. In the initial exploration and discussion stage, the lighting design hoped to start with the material expression of the building, while extensively using linear visual elements to create the image.
建筑立面及内庭效果
通过铝板的金属质感表达,与玻璃通透反射的属性,把这两种现代建筑材料通过灯光明暗的对比和,光影虚实的结合,表现建筑现代高端的气质。再对建筑的结构进行拆分解析,设计中着重强调着建筑的上层线条与斜向铝板的造型表达,以灯光串联建筑内外空间。线性的灯光元素充斥项目整体,作为夜景效果的记忆点,同时与入口的星空光纤在效果上拉开表现手法,增强对比性。
Through the expression of the metallic texture of the aluminum panel and the transparent and reflective properties of glass, these two modern building materials are represented through the contrast of light and dark and the combination of light and shadow, showcasing the modern and high-end temperament of the building. By analyzing the structure of the building, the design emphasizes the upper lines of the building and the expression of the diagonal aluminum panels, using light to connect the interior and exterior spaces of the building. Linear light elements fill the entire project as a memorable point of the night scene effect, while enhancing the contrast with the starry sky fiber optics at the entrance in terms of visual effects.
节点深化与细部设计
本次也摘取了局部的节点表现,再整个项目的设计过程中,不断地与建筑与幕墙的同事单位包括业主进行探讨,以确保最后项目的落地效果。
在节点处理的逻辑上尽量保证灯具的隐藏安装,在局部效果处无法嵌入式安装的灯具,则进行遮光处理的同时,避免灯具直接裸露的问题。保证出光光效的同时,避免灯具的眩光问题:
In this project, particular attention was paid to the presentation of individual nodes. Throughout the design process, discussions were constantly held with other units, including the architects, curtain wall designers, and the client, to ensure that the final project met everyone's expectations.
In terms of node processing, efforts were made to ensure that the lighting fixtures were hidden as much as possible. For those fixtures that could not be embedded, shading was used to avoid direct exposure of the fixtures. This was done to ensure good light output while avoiding glare from the fixtures.
建筑立面顶部洗墙效果,外侧安装灯具遮光槽,协调灯具及灯槽的尺寸,避免白天影响建筑的视觉观感的同时,保证的洗墙的距离和均匀度。
For the wall washing effect on the building facade, light-blocking grooves are installed on the outside to coordinate the size of the lighting fixtures and grooves, avoiding affecting the visual perception of the building during the day while ensuring the distance and uniformity of the wall washing effect.
入口吊顶处,运用侧向出光的投光效果,使建筑天花与玻璃盒体有光影的交错,展现出建筑几何体块的体感。强调建筑造型与结构,也在入口处为星点和圆环效果铺陈底色,为整体氛围打下基础。
At the entrance ceiling, the lateral projection effect is utilized to create an interplay of light and shadow between the building ceiling and the glass box, showcasing the geometric blocks of the building. Emphasis is placed on the building's structure and form, with a foundation laid for the overall atmosphere through the arrangement of star points and circular effects at the entrance.
入口吊顶的圆盘造型,采用嵌入式的灯带安装方式,加之柔光磨砂亚克力板的安装,进行光效上的柔光处理,保证行人观赏夜景时的视觉舒适度。
The circular shape of the entrance ceiling adopts an embedded installation method for the light strip, and the soft light frosted acrylic panel is used for the lighting effect to ensure visual comfort for pedestrians when viewing the night view.
竖向格栅作为整个项目的结构元素,本身铝板的金属质感再侧向灯带的光照下,在夜间得以展示出来,增加项目的灯光记忆点。
The vertical grille, as a strucural element of the entire project, showcases its metallic texture under the illumination of lateral LED strips at night, creating a memorable lighting effect.
